All HFS kits are based on the same principle. However, and depending on motorbike type, gas cartridge has a specific design as well as the springs.

Description:

HFS PROHFS EXPERTCLUBMAN

PRO kit is designed with an air cartridge and a spring in both right and left stanchions. Both are installed in serial (spring below and cartridge up).

Cartridge pressure is set up with a hand pump which has a quality pressure gauge. Set up values are included in user and installation manual, and it depends basically on rider’s weight and riding preferences.

PRO kit is totally progressive and it is designed to absorb quite well at beginning of fork travel, and progressively getting stiffer to perform with high bottoming resistance.

PRO kit is only option in categories:

– Trail
– On-road
– Motocross Classics
– On-road Classics speed racing

In Trial Classics range there are options PRO, Expert and Clubman.

EXPERT has an air cartridge and a spring in right stanchions. Both are installed in serial (spring below and cartridge up).

Left stanchion is equipped with two springs in serial with an intermediate spacer in between. Upper cap has possibility of mechanical pre-load. We call this system DMR (Doble Muelle Regulable). Depending on how spacer between springs is installed (one way or another), we will modify the point from which the suspension gets stiffer. It will provide bigger or smaller fork travel being smooth, according to rider’s weight and riding preferences.

Same as in PRO, pressure in cartridge is set up with a manual pump equipped with a quality pressure gauge.

EXPERT kit is progressive (due to right leg) and it is smooth at the beginning and it is getting stiffer progressively controlling very well not bottoming.

EXPERT kit is option only for Trial Classics.

CLUBMAN kit is equipped with two springs in serial with an intermediate spacer in between in both stanchions. Upper cap has possibility of mechanical pre-load We call this system DMR (Doble Muelle Regulable). Depending on how spacer between springs is installed (one way or another), we will modify the point from which the suspension gets stiffer. It will provide bigger or smaller fork travel being smooth, according to rider’s weight and riding preferences.

CLUBMAN kit does not have air cartridge. Technically it works as a spring with double coil pitch, however, our design is better because you can control precisely the point where of spring rate change.

CLUBMAN kit is option only for Trial Classics.
