Among our capabilities to develop specific designs, we are pretty interested in CAFE RACER motorbikes.
Motorbikes used for CAFE RACER preparations usually have basic front forks. By designing a HFS system for a conventional suspension fork, its performance will be enhanced substantially, and at the same time it will maintain its style.
We have already done projects with important workshops and feedback has been positive. Motorbikes like BMWs R80, R100, Triumph Scrambler, Kawasaki W650, etc… can take benefit from HFS system.
For this, process is to send standard data templates to Customer in order to take a few easy measurements of following parts:
When templates are completed, Customer send it back to us by e-mail (scanned or with picture) and we perform the study. Standard response time is around 5-8 working days.
From that point, kit is defined, and if Customer confirms the order, manufacturing process is initiated.
